“From day one, Josh was friendly and easy to work with. He set up a video call, which impressed us because most vendors just wanted to communicate via phone call. He walked us through all of the options and left us with ample information to make a decision. His work speaks for itself but his personality and kindness made the decision easy for us. Josh stayed in touch throughout the planning process and met with us again via video call a couple of weeks prior to the ceremony to finalize the details. On the day of the ceremony, Josh arrived even earlier than promised to get some killer drone shots of the venue. He was even more kind in person than on the video calls. Our situation is unique because my wife’s family lives outside the country and was not able to come for the wedding. So Josh wanted to make sure he could get the videos to us as quickly as possible to send to her family. That’s the kind of person he is.
